(The Greatest Guitarist The World Will Ever Know.)
. . . "Are
you starting to believe?" |
". . . Ok, I have played a lot of Strats; the ones I own are listed here in Equipment The point is I hear things when I play a Stratocaster that I don't hear no matter what else I'm playing. I have great expectations out of this instrument. It is sooooo.. expressive and unique. Look to hear subtleties out of a Stratocaster that you will not hear from anything else. (It's quite amazing and I dream about it's possibilities all the time.) Pictured is one of my very own Stratocasters with a Rosewood fret board. Mine is a contemporary one (circa 2002) with a 5-way pickup selector. My Maple neck Strat, however is an older one from the 1960's with all it's original pickups, etc. with the 3-way pickup selector. Fender made amazing Strats back then. (Not to take anything away from their modern counterparts; it's simply that, you don't want to be without their grandparents) . . ."
