One Two Four refers to the metronome marking for this piece which was concieved of as one long non-stop solo for guitar. It uses regular II-V-I progressions with various modulations giving the soloist an opportunity to move around the fretboard in a tonal manner. The recording was done in one take so you can hear what I would have done "live".
